About the Team
We are growing our sales team! To match the demand for WiseStamp, we are seeking individuals that match our current team atmosphere. Finding a WiseStamp solution for the different sizes of businesses we serve keeps the team on their toes. Our most successful reps are always curious about the client and the product’s capabilities. They find creative use-cases and are well versed in the inner workings of cloud-based technology. The team quickly puts themselves in the client’s shoes and helps them through their journey to complete their overall goal. Identifying what type of a client you’re facing will help you to understand their agenda better and faster. While your personal success is up to you, we have a strong team-based culture and working well within a team and accepting their feedback is imperative to an individual’s long-term success at WiseStamp.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Manage a pipeline for potential opportunities and maintain it to be up to date with follow ups.
Requirements:
1-3 years experience as a sales development representative, making outbound calls and outreach emails daily with SMB’S and enterprise customers.
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
Working knowledge of the enterprise software market.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member.
Strong work ethic and a strong drive to learn and make new connections with prospects.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM systems and Intercom
Extra credit: Previous leadership and management experience.
