Avvo is looking to hire a Sales Enablement – Acceleration and Productivity lead that will help to refine and innovate our approach to working with our current and future customers. This role will be a support role for our acquisition and client services departments. This entails documenting our approach for calling on prospective clients, maintaining current strategies, developing new strategies, and analyzing the effectiveness of our go to market strategy for both organizations.

The Sales Enablement – Acceleration and Productivity lead will help with the development and deployment of new tools and strategies. In so doing, they will work closely with constituencies across the company. In addition to extensive collaboration with all functions and at levels in the sales organization, this position will work closely with marketing to coordinate email messaging, build collateral, and develop new consumer insights that can be leveraged by the sales team. They will work closely with the engineering teams responsible for our internal sales tools and platforms, and they will work with the product organization to develop new plays for new product offerings. 

This position is the ultimate enabler of the sales team, and the ideal candidates will exude enthusiasm for sales, account management, Avvo, and for constant innovation. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Influences internal stakeholders helping to remove obstacles and close customer issues
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Experienced self-starter who can manage multiple projects in tandem with very little supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills in leading cross-functional resources, resolving conflicts, fostering alignment, and gaining commitment
  • Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-function workshops and document outcomes effectively
  • Excellent customer empathy and a keen sense for how attorneys are interacting with Avvo
  • An innovative mindset and a demonstrated desire for constant improvement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM 
  • Analytical skills and a demonstrated affinity for data
  • Ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through, with demonstrated ability to bring projects and tests to successful conclusion
  • Experience with Jira, Outreach, and inside sales are a plus
