Given our explosive growth, we’re looking for a high-energy, motivated individual with fluency in SaaS solutions, who understands how sales leaders are motivated and can help them become more effective sellers. In this role, you will serve the entire sales organization through onboarding, training, coaching and in developing solutions to improve sales processes and enablement program execution. 

 

This role will include:

  • Evaluating existing sales onboarding program and elevating it to the next level
  • Decreasing ramp up times for new-hires into the sales organization, while ensuring all new members embody our values and culture
  • Directly impacting the development and productivity of our sales teams, with strategic focus on design, implementation and delivery of all Sales Enablement initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

  • Defaults to a Growth Mindset, is curious, open minded and adaptable
  • Is extremely detail oriented and skilled in end to end program management
  • Excited about a challenging and constantly evolving start up environment
  • Is capable of designing relevant training and content to enable sales team success
  • Appreciates and is up for the challenge of servicing a global sales team through high quality training, consulting, knowledge-sharing and tactical support
  • Review and manage the existing content to ensure the content is current and relevant and determine opportunities to improve the learning experience through the best available technologies
  • Is data-driven and enthusiastic about implementing metrics to evaluate and measure enablement initiatives and translate data into actionable information

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with marketing, program management, sales, sales enablement or sales training and onboarding
  • Experience in curriculum development, training and delivery
  • Experience with marketing practices and product communication
  • Experience with Salesforce, Learning & Content Management systems
  • Proven project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner and able to work with minimal supervision
