About the Role:

The sales enablement specialist will help our sellers understand our solutions and market initiatives, and train them on new product features in the context of solution selling, and marketing campaigns. The job will entail creating training content and deliver it to the sales team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and subject matter experts to build effective and relevant sales enablement content
  • Write sales enablement communications copy that is elegant, clear, concise, and persuasive that excites engages and inspires sales people
  • Train Sales Development Representatives on product and campaigns
    • Devise learning modules in coordination with sales pod leaders, product marketing managers, and campaign managers
    • Facilitate both group and 1:1 trainings including demo sequences and role playing
  • Act as the liaison between sales pod leaders, product marketing managers, and campaign managers
  • Work with sales pod leaders to gather feedback on sales campaigns and package it back to marketing
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years in sales, marketing or sales enablement/ training capacity
  • Worked in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to work with multiple groups and cross level executives, managers, and individual contributors
  • Capacity to digest quickly complex content and break it down in simple learning experiences
  • Demonstrated presentation, training and coaching skills
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
