Smartsheet is seeking an experienced sales enablement professional as a Sales Enablement Tools Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with and training on various enablement, sales operations and analytics tools. This essential role is part of the Sales Support team and will report directly to the Director of Sales Enablement in our Bellevue, WA office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Sales Enablement Tools provided to sales to help them effectively perform
• Responsible for gathering data from these tools and other Sales Enablement sources to create Sales Enablement dashboards
• Responsible for Training Sales on required Sales Enablement Tools (SFDC, Salesloft, MindTickle, Sales Enablement Platform, Yesware, etc.)
• Explore new Enablement Tools opportunities
• Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure that Sales Enablement Tools integrate with existing sales systems
• Responsible for managing user access to various Sales Enablement Tools
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Team to ensure Enablement Content is hosted - at scale - on appropriate platforms

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing sales enablement and/or sales operations tools
• Experience with wide range of enablement tools (SFDC, Salesloft, MindTickle, Sales Enablement Platform, Yesware, etc.)
• Experience facilitating and creating training programs for sales orgs
• Sales operations experience is a plus
• Data analytics experience
