Our team is seeking an individual with the right mix of technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and drive for results. The Sales Engineer is an integral part of the Sales team and will help to support revenue goals by communicating the technical details around how our product works and the problems it solves, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work with a product that is continually evolving, to solve problems and eliminate obstacles to sales using creative and adaptive approaches.

 

If you have the ability to build a strong rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and can translate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences, we'd love to speak with you!

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will:

  • Be the technical point of contact for prospective customers throughout the sales process
  • Build trust and confidence with customer IT teams by clarifying technical requirements and answering detailed questions on Luum's product and enterprise integrations, as well as data and security policies
  • Advocate specifically how Luum’s solution is successfully deployed within an organization
  • Review customer proposals for technical accuracy and prepare supporting documentation for internal handover to the Implementation and Engineering teams
  • Provide training support for the Sales team on Luum's technical elements
  • Configure demo's for use by the Sales team
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering team to share feedback from prospective customers

We'd love to have you on our team if:

  • You have a degree, or have been formally trained in, technical consulting or engineering.
  • You have 3+ years of applicable work experience.
  • You have firm understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and integration best practices.
  • You have experience working with external partners, including fortune 500 customers.
