This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

Your role and impact

As a technical leader working with our engineering, product and sales teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding consumer access to 98point6 medical care nationwide. You will work cross-functionally to understand customer needs and collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement reusable capabilities to support them.

Strategic projects you will lead in your first year include:

• Creating and maintaining technical project plans with external partners
• Work with a cross-functional group from Commercial, Engineering and Product to define and implement a process around complex client-technical implementation projects 
• You will start by immersing yourself in the process that exists today and make improvements that will scale as the company continues to grow
• Identify themes and underlying needs of partners in order to contribute and consult on scalable product design, primarily around Health System and EMR integrations 
• Collaborate with our Product Engineering team to extend our current software development lifecycle to include work that is still in active negotiation

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to create client technical project plans and then drive progress towards completion, holding stakeholders accountable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate and evolve the processes and controls that comprise the 98point6 product engineering organization
• Broadly communicate the status of individual programs and team projects by creating and tracking metrics and establishing consistent reporting mechanisms
• Develop a deep understanding of our technical capabilities to be an early advisor on feasibility and cost of requests from partners
• Own the documentation for standards, policies and processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical expertise and understanding of the technical implementation processes and systems
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team

Preferred experience: 

• Healthcare industry knowledge desired
