Sales Manager, Account Executive at RealSelf
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager for the RealSelf Advisor Team you will manage a team of high-performing account executives and deliver results. Your success is based on the overall productivity, efficiency, and results from your sales team.
In this role you will:
- Manage your team to meet and exceed both revenue & new account objectives
- Hire, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent results
- Weekly call observations & coaching to increase deal size and win rates
- Analyze data & metrics to drive results and hold your team accountable
- Ensure effective use of sales systems, such as Salesforce and Outreach
Influential leaders with an extensive sales background. Proven results with a passion for developing people.
You may be the right fit if you have:
- 2 - 4 years as a sales manager
- Experience prospecting and selling online marketing services as individual contributor
- Ability to effectively coach individuals to meet and exceed goals; strong performance management skills are essential
- Metrics driven and able to proactively identify and act upon areas of improvement
- Proficient to advanced computer skills required, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salesforce.com and Outreach experience highly preferred
