About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at RealSelf, you will manage a team of high-performing account executives and account managers in a non-traditional sales environment to inspire outstanding results, team growth and record-breaking numbers. Your success is based on the overall productivity and effectiveness of your team members and your own individual sales numbers. Your legacy is based on the lasting mark you leave with the team members and clients you help succeed along the way.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet/exceed objectives and key results
  • Hire, train, motivate, lead and coach team members
  • Monitor lead processes and metrics
  • Ensure effective use of sales systems, such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Meet or exceed all monthly and quarterly team objectives
  • Serve as role model to team through individual results and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, etc to ensure proper communication and roadblock removal


About You:

You are an influential leader with an extensive sales background. You have proven results and profound passion for developing people.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • 2 - 4 years as a sales manager, preferably in an inside sales environment
  • Experience prospecting and selling online marketing services as an individual contributor
  • Ability to effectively coach individuals to meet and exceed goals; strong performance management skills are essential
  • Metrics driven and able to proactively identify and act upon areas of improvement
  • Proficient to advanced computer skills required, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Salesforce.com and Outreach experience highly preferred
  • BA/BS desired

 

Travel:

Some travel may be anticipated for this role when industry conferences occur in your region.

Work Environment:

The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
