About the Role:
As a Sales Manager for the RealSelf Advisor Team you will manage a team of high-performing account executives in a non-traditional sales environment to inspire outstanding results, team growth and record-breaking numbers. Your success is based on the overall productivity and effectiveness of your sales team members and your own individual sales numbers. Your legacy is based on the lasting mark you leave with the team members and clients you help succeed along the way.
In this role you will:
- Manage a team of Account Executives (Advisors) to meet/exceed objectives and key results
- Hire, train, motivate, lead and coach Advisor team members
- Monitor lead processes and metrics
- Ensure effective use of sales systems, such as Salesforce and Outreach
- Meet or exceed all monthly and quarterly team objectives
- Serve as role model to team through individual results and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, etc to ensure proper communication and roadblock removal
Influential leaders with an extensive sales background. Proven results with a passion for developing people while producing results.
You may be the right fit if you have:
- 2 - 4 years as a sales manager
- Experience prospecting and selling online marketing services as an individual contributor
- Ability to effectively coach individuals to meet and exceed goals; strong performance management skills are essential
- Metrics driven and able to proactively identify and act upon areas of improvement
- Proficient to advanced computer skills required, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salesforce.com and Outreach experience highly preferred
- BA/BS desired
Some travel may be anticipated for this role when conferences land in your region.
