As part of our best in class Sales Operations organization, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing wide-ranging reporting and analytics inclusive of monthly business review reporting, data reports with key metrics and other business assessment methods to the World Wide Sales Team. This position will ensure all information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. This position will proactively provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis. Working across the sales organization interacting with field sales management, sales operations, finance, and marketing is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis on reports on bookings, pipeline, and operational metrics; drive automation of reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations activities, order processing, and ticketing, working closely with sales, operations and the revenue teams. 
  • Guide the Sales Teams to ensure smooth opportunity creation to order processing during the sales cycle. 
  • Data Stewardship; ensure that data in SFDC is high quality, accurate and consistent.  Ensure data integrity of routing rules, territory set up, and data provided to the commission's team monthly
  • Provide monthly detailed, analyzed reports for sales related conversion metrics.
  • Prepare and update month and quarter-end reports, including business analysis reports and Board of Director meeting slides and reporting.
  • Perform deep analysis on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators.
  • Assist with month end closing tasks including backlog as needed
  • Configure & maintain Salesforce to satisfy business requirements (workflows, reports/dashboards, custom apps and objects)
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Support, Inside Sales and Services to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of the operational plan and growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Sales/Analysis experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
  • A successful background in a role where effectively analyzing sales data and working with Salesforce.com is necessary to help drive the success of enterprise sales teams
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with an ability to thrive in an environment where timeliness and accuracy are mandatory 
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Extremely well organized, and able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
  • Self-driven and out of the box thinking to be used to create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Great at navigating software tools with Superb MS Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field strongly preferred
