The Sales Operations Lead will be a strong operations manager partnering with our sales team to help optimize operational processes and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology. You will build and execute core operational processes, such as reporting, and ongoing business operations management. You will also take ownership of new sales enhancement processes, platforms, and tools.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop analytical frameworks, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term needs
  • Spearhead territory alignment, market and buyer segmentation, account scoring, lead routing, quota setting, sales forecasting, and commission planning
  • Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
  • Conduct strategic market insights including competitive landscape analysis to help formulate go to market plans
  • Continuously refine and improve sales processes and system implementations
  • Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for sales, which include the development of the business plan, operating model, customer segmentation and resource allocation

Who we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in business operations
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
  • Experience working across multiple business units, influencing and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs
  • Working knowledge of sales systems and tools
  • Analytical thinker and structured problem solver
  • Familiarity with tech or start-up environment
  • Good negotiation skills, competitive and confident approach
