The core mission of a Sales Operations Lead is to ensure the completeness of actual & forecasted revenue reports through engagement with the global resourcing sales, finance, FP&A, and business intelligence teams. You will ensure the integrity of the Sales Pipeline Methodology through proactive engagement with members of the sales team.

How will you spend your time at Cloudreach?

  • Ownership of the Sales Pipeline Methodology
  • Run training/enablement sessions for the Commercial Operations team on CRM (Salesforce.com) usage and Pipeline Methodology updates.
  • Ensure and enforce CRM (Salesforce.com) accuracy and compliance.
  • In liaison with Finance, Global Resourcing team and Commercial Ops team review invoiced revenue and ensure completeness.
  • Execution of weekly revenue calls with Sales & Delivery BU leads, with a focus on;
    • Insights on Orderbook Variances
    • Insights on Sales Pipeline Variances
    • Corrective Action Recommendations
    • Insights on “Top 5” clients in each revenue stream
    • Aggregation of information for Key Deals (as defined by Sales Lead(s))
  • Produce weekly and monthly Actual & Forecasted Revenue reports (globally).
  • Calculation of quarterly commission in time for review by BUs leads and Head of Business Information & Operations.
  • Responsible for the liaison between Commercial Operations activities and Business Operations.
  • Responsible for management of revenue recognition strategies, and coordination with the Customer Success team to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive compliance of the Sales Team with all sales processes.
  • For order and billing purposes, liaise with externals partners
  • Provide Head of Sales and BDCs with management information suitable to each of their needs.
  • Administer echosign, contract renewals, and licensing processes
  • May need to respond to requests outside of normal business hours
