About the Role

OpenMarket is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to take ownership for the development, implementation and monitoring of our global sales organization. The candidate will be a ‘doer’ and should be ready to manage the structure, processes, documentation and reporting for our sales process. The candidate will support and participate in a wide variety of projects across multiple teams and regions with a strong focus on the creation of proficient business policies and processes. This role is a significant contributor to our cross-functional global leadership team whose objective is to ensure continued effectiveness and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the sales Ops process to enable sales team’s productivity while proactively identifying and reducing obstacles to implement better measurement and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to forecast future sales, define quarterly objectives, standardized business reporting and create dashboard for sales executives.
  • Manage and evaluate data through various platforms and metric/analytics programs to support sales leader’s business decisions.
  • Continuously simplifying processes, implementing sales automation tools, and providing training for new and current employees to increase sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enable sales while managing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign.
  • Responsible for creating and managing sales compensation.
  • Work alongside senior sales leadership to plan and activate the global sales commission structure.

What to Bring

  • 6+ years of Sales Operation Management experience.
  • 4+ years experience with people management. 
  • Deep experience in a SaaS sales process.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • A good understanding of best in class sales funnel benchmarking.
  • Strong innovation mentality and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral presentations.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Results and detailed oriented.
  • Willing and able to collaborate across boundaries to get work done and drive business.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a region divided team.

Nice to Have

  • Working experience in the tech industry.

Education/Training

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
