The Sales Operations Program Manager will work collaboratively across multiple groups to maximize Sales productivity through efficient and effective processes, analysis, and data driven decision making. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Manage Deal Desk strategy, processes, and supporting infrastructure, using data to drive continuous improvement on response time and win rate 
  • Work cross group to develop, launch, and execute pricing strategies and field empowerment models to maximize Sales effectiveness and velocity 
  • Own loyalty agreement process and structure ensuring agreements are operationalized effectively and managed appropriately throughout their full life cycle; collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new loyalty agreement programs as needed and in alignment with strategy 
  • Develop, drive, and own a win/loss review process ensuring departments across the organization receive actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement to resources/processes which affect Sales. 
  • Provide analysis of key sales data as needed by the executive team and other groups who impact and are affected by the Sales teams 
  • Develop, launch and own various other projects related to Sales processes, optimizing for operational excellence and enabling the business to scale 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years Sales Ops/Sales enablement experience, SMB and partner channel experience a plus 
  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results 
  • Self-driven and out of the box thinking to be used to create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems 
  • Great at navigating software tools, especially Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field strongly preferred
