An Insider's view of Gravity Payments

What are some social events your company does?

One of the coolest events we host is our speaker series, where we invite guest speakers to come in for a Q&A and happy hour. We also have a group that does weekly game nights, along with an annual 24 hour gaming marathon/charity event which is always a big hit! Beyond that, we have lots of potlucks, bbq's, and team and company-wide happy hours!

Lauren

Office Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

I am excited about so many projects here. From running leadership development trainings to hosting authors and other speakers for our Gravity Speaker Series, the company has given me countless opportunities to pursue my passions during my day-to-day work.

Bobby

Head of Learning and Development

What does career growth look like on your team?

Growth at Gravity can be described as an amoeba, rather than as a ladder to climb. Talent and efficiency is cultivated, and teams are developed rather than individuals stepping on each other constantly trying to get ahead. I love that this inspires us all to learn and grow together as a company.
