This is what you'll do at Gravity

Contribute to Gravity sales goals by boarding, training, and coaching new members of our sales team.

Create a welcoming, educational environment as new sales reps go through orientation.

Get trainees up to speed quickly so they can hit the ground running.

Support new hires by shadowing them in the field.

Provide salespeople with a balance of encouragement, insights, and coaching so they establish a solid foundation for their sales careers.

Travel (up to 50% of the time).

Coach and train! You’ll conduct weekly role-plays over the phone, providing accountability and creating SMART goals, and serving as a link to Gravity and the sales teams as a whole.

Sell the Gravity suite of products (25% of the time).

Own the entire sales cycle from infancy to closing.


And these are the skills and experience you'll bring with you

3 years of sales experience.

Strong verbal communication skills.

An ability to balance the tension between providing inspiration and honest feedback.

Experience in sales training and sales management (highly preferred).

A knack for organization and a slightly freakish passion for sweating the details.
