Responsibilities Include
- Rapidly learn Swiftly’s offerings and capabilities and be able to articulate them persuasively to clients
- Coordinate and manage campaign executions, including ensuring timelines, creative guidelines, specifications, and data requirements based on client audience target and business goals
- Serve as point of contact for clients for troubleshooting, creative changes, pacing and performance reports, meetings and delivering campaign recommendations
- Develop, present, and execute media plans, audience targeting, and media strategies to clients
- Delivery of Media planning recommendations and thought leadership to drive media optimization and expand Swiftly’s relationship with clients
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management experience within an agency or digital publisher
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/advertising
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a rapidly changing start-up environment
- Ability to engage clients quickly, develop rapport, and maintain relationships
- Exposure to media planning and some optimization recommendation experience
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
