Responsibilities Include

  • Rapidly learn Swiftly’s offerings and capabilities and be able to articulate them persuasively to clients 
  • Coordinate and manage campaign executions, including ensuring timelines, creative guidelines, specifications, and data requirements based on client audience target and business goals 
  • Serve as point of contact for clients for troubleshooting, creative changes, pacing and performance reports, meetings and delivering campaign recommendations 
  • Develop, present, and execute media plans, audience targeting, and media strategies to clients 
  • Delivery of Media planning recommendations and thought leadership to drive media optimization and expand Swiftly’s relationship with clients 
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management experience within an agency or digital publisher 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/advertising 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a rapidly changing start-up environment 
  • Ability to engage clients quickly, develop rapport, and maintain relationships 
  • Exposure to media planning and some optimization recommendation experience 
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
