We are looking for a talented Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Enablement team. This team is strategic, cross functional, and focuses on increasing sales results, creating best-in-class customer experiences, and driving growth through Commercial team training, content creation, and overall field productivity. Reporting to the Director, Customer Programs & Enablement, this position will own the Commercial Onboarding experience and Training Programs. This role will also ensure the Commercial team is telling a consistent, persuasive story through materials, presentations, proposals, and more. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and execute the Commercial Onboarding and Training Programs
  • Build strong relationships with subject-matter experts across the organization to advise and develop training opportunities
  • Develop new Onboarding Programs that decrease ramp time of incoming reps
  • Manage topics, presenters, and logistics for training sessions by with a calendar and workback plan
  • Work with subject-matter experts to create training and onboarding presentation content that meets key learning objectives and is easy to understand
  • Create supplemental materials / leave behinds as needed for Onboarding and Training Programs
  • Continually monitor the sales process to identify content and training needs, turning insights into enablement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes 
  • Support the Enablement team with creating sales content including: email and cold-call scripts, presentations, proposals, RFP/RFIs, battlecards, competitive matrices, etc.

Experience:

  • 1+ years increasing responsibility in Sales and/or Account Management
  • 3+ years experience in Knowledge Management, Training Roles, Sales Enablement, or Field Marketing
  • Comfort with assisting or leading trainings
  • Minimum of 2 years in logistics or B2B technology-related roles
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal
  • High sense of industry and desire for excellence
  • Proven success in roles requiring extensive interaction with sales and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, etc) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction. We will not be sponsoring visas for this role at this time
