We are looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer with a passion for information security to support our growing Sales and Go-To-Market teams and drive technical and security conversations on the Highspot platform to B2B companies.
You would be joining a winning sales team who are achieving consistent growth year over year. The Sr. Sales Engineer - Information Security is a trusted advisor and Highspot solution expert, who works with our partner, sales, services and product teams to help drive projects and opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Be the trusted security expert and advisor on customer conversations, including CISO-level conversations.
- Create customer-facing security documents for the Highspot platform and related integrations.
- Respond to questions and prepare documents for RFIs, RFPs, and ongoing security reviews for both potential and existing customers.
- Curate the security question & answer database with the most current information.
- Be the Information Security subject matter expert for the Sales Engineering team, providing guidance, answering ad-hoc questions and performing regular training on Information Security topics.
- Work closely with the Highspot Information Security team to ensure all relevant policy, procedure and other related security documents are organized and available to the Sales Engineering team.
Your Background
- Must be an engaging presenter, both in person and via the internet. Be able to adapt quickly and effectively answer a wide range of information security questions.
- Experience in SaaS B2B sales and a proven track record of successfully working with sales teams, in a collaborative environment.
- Curious about technology and security principles with the ability to learn quickly.
- Action-oriented, self-starter with a strong persistence in achieving goals and prioritizing work.
- Accountable for own results with a strong competitive drive and a “do what it takes” work ethic.
