FLEXE seeks a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with strong and varied project management experience. In this role, you will own optimizing our internal customer experience by enhancing our tools and processes.
The ideal candidate has experience capturing business requirements, designing processes, and building workable solutions in Salesforce.com. This role requires consistent cross-team collaboration and working effectively with engineering, sales, operations and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce.com CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
- Configure new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, custom objects & fields, workflows & process builder flows and managed packages.
- Support change management process and communication efforts.
- Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.
- Develop and train admin team members.
Skills and experience:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required, Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification or Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
- 10 years work experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience managing user submitted issues
- Able to critically review feature requests and make alternate proposals as warranted
- Strong background of leading iterative projects with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)Technical project management experience
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to improve user experiences
