What you will be doing at UiPath

  • Primary responsibility of this job is aligning with a number of accounts by geo or industry
  • Support Geo Director on executive escalations for identified accounts
  • Go onsite with customers to coordinate resolution of hot issues
  • Go onsite with customers to understand their support needs
  • Utilize customer feedback to collect and capture supportability issues and insights
  • Augment supportability issues with data and insights from internal stakeholders to understand impact (cost, revenue, deployment, usage, satisfaction)
  • Identify Key Insights, Prioritize and Tell Impact Story
  • Drive identified supportability issues to resolution with appropriate internal teams
  • Coordinate across UiPath stakeholders
  • Communicate status across stakeholders and customer
