Technical Account Manager - Seattle

 What you'll be doing: 

• Fielding complex technical questions from partner over phone and email
• Hosting virtual and live product demos and walkthroughs
• Educating partners on best practices and expectation setting
• Proactively managing partner accounts to grow partner business
• Leading by example to deliver excellent partner experience
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to solve complex problems
• Presales project consulting to ensure project success

About You

• Experience with cloud-based applications, networking technology, and email platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think creatively
• Dedication to excellence and leader by example
• 3+years’ experience in a customer focused capacity; ideally in a technical environment
• Flexible hours and strong work ethic
• Degree from a 4-year university or college is a plus
• Leadership experience
• Ability to multi-task amongst complex projects
• Works well both independently and with the team to deliver results
• Technical acumen and hunger to learn
• Proficiency working with Microsoft technology & other cloud-based information systems
• Customer service passion
• Excellence in understanding customer needs
• Excellence in articulating how technology can help achieve customer business goals
• Polished interpersonal skills
• Experience selling or demonstrating product features to technical and executive audiences
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with coding logic (PowerShell, Excel Formulae, Querying Databases) is a plus
• Foreign languages are a plus (European, Japanese, Hebrew, Spanish, and others)
• 6 month working with SkyKick migration and backup technologies required

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or advanced Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field from a strong undergrad program.
