About the Position:

Partnerships are a key part of our company and Qumulo is looking for a talented and experienced technical solutions architect that can work cross-functionally to execute a wide range of tasks across key ISV partnerships. In this role this person will be asked to work collaboratively in the Data Protection, Data Security, Data Migration, Ransomware and other horizontal ISV solutions spaces. This person will be asked to perform a range of tasks from qualification of new and existing ISV solutions with Qumulo products, guide development of new solutions and be able to create in depth documentation for these integrations.  This individual will be asked to work very independently performing many of these tasks while interacting with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Alliance Team Members, ISV Partners, Sales, SE’s, Product Management, and Engineering to identify new partnerships that fill gaps and requirements in Qumulo product offerings.
• Perform qualification and certification work for for  Qumulo products with ISV Platforms and offerings
• Create White Papers, Presentations, and messaging assistance on creation of sales and customer facing marketing materials supporting partnerships
• Participate in technical  webinars, ISV User conferences and other customer facing opportunities to highlight integrations and better together stories
• Prioritize and drive resolution to key integration of new ISV solutions and work to help ISV get integrations started and completed, execute testing when necessary for validations 
• Work cross-functionally with our alliances, SE’s and, product and engineering teams to proactively manage development of integrations that meet customer needs
• Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on product gaps and areas of improvements to complete key ISV integrations
• Led all knowledge documentation (KB articles, HighSpot content, white papers, videos) to support ISV integrations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10 years of experience managing storage, data protection, data migration and data security solutions
• Excellent presentation skills and an understanding of ISV Solutions
• In-depth knowledge scale out file systems 
• In-depth knowledge of data systems architecture
• In-depth knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices
• Strong problem solving skills with a can do attitude
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including overseas travel as necessary
