We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic VP of Sales who will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth. This leader will recruit and hire and high performing sales team, exhibit outstanding leadership and coaching, and develop an effective sales process for all facets of our business.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive strategy to penetrate the target markets and expand business growth
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets
  • Recruit, hire and train high-performance sales account executives
  • Establish tangible goals and priorities and create the KPIs for measuring consistent sales performance.
  • Lead by example
  • Mentor and coach the team, actively engage with customers, and foster strategic partnerships
  • Provide essential sales training
  • Communicate accurate forecast information directly to the VP of Growth, CEO + Board of Directors
  • Work closely with other executive team members on overall company strategy and product road maps
  • Build strategy and productivity metrics for the sales team
  • Create sales strategy that aligns with product roadmap
  • Communicate market feedback and product needs to rest of the organization

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Established success recruiting & developing high-performance sales teams
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to retain, mentor, train, energize, and lead those world-class sales teams; focused on doing things “the right way”
  • Has built a repeatable sales process for companies or teams from the ground up
  • Proven scale of revenue streams at a growth-stage business to $50M+
  • Experience in both services and technology sales
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Technology industries
  • Experience building a sales program to support revenue goals at a high-growth company
  • Process-driven with the ability to use quantitative and analytical skills to drive sales growth, form strategy, create consistency, and execute on performance
  • Experience in implementing a sales methodology, training programs, and related enablement tools to support the model
  • Strong ability to work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and to offer products that will genuinely improve their operation
