EagleView is looking to hire a Vice President of Enterprise Sales. We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual to drive the growth of sales to corporate/enterprise accounts. This role is highly strategic and highly visible throughout the company. You will work to achieve account growth and expansion targets by supporting enterprise selling techniques and identify accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulate strategies for retention and growth. This role is a remote position and located in the United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales quota.
  • Guide the team to build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement pipeline process to track to forecast – Contract bookings as well as daily revenue.
  • Achieve account growth and expansion targets by supporting enterprise selling techniques.
  • Identify accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulate strategies for retention and growth.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for increased revenue and volume.
  • Coordinate Enterprise Assist strategies.
  • Coordinate proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to facilitate customer product feedback, advisory boards, testing and / or pilots and to demonstrate fit, function and value.
  • Assist and initiate A3 kaizen / problem solving opportunities.
  • Actively develop relationships with key contacts and users.
  • Fully understand the company's core products as well as all ancillary products.
  • Participate in industry associations and maintain broad industry presence and contact to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and brand awareness.
  • Provide daily guidance and management for the team including recruitment and personnel changes.
  • Associate development / bench development / Goal setting / Performance reviews
  • Ongoing training and sharpening the saw
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience. Residential roofing, commercial roofing, residential solar or GIS / aerial imagery experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales management experience including forecast and reporting techniques.
  • Proven ability to identify and close opportunities and manage current business in multiple routes to market – Direct, Channel Partners, Distribution, etc.
  • Strong documented history of success and top performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to see big picture and work in a strategic manner.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to a maximum of 80% for trade shows and to visit enterprise clients.
  • BA or BS Degree preferred, equivalent work experience may be substituted.
  • SAFe familiarity a plus.
