Position Summary:
Trupanion is growing its focus on partnering with employers to provide medical insurance to the cats and dogs of employees. Account managers are responsible for both employer relationships and the needs of each account. Individuals must be comfortable making and taking multiple calls per day, working with veterinary hospitals and channel partners to generate interest and close sales. You will also be answering inbound warm leads and working hard to convert them into customers. Success in this role is based on individual and team performance as we all work together toward a common goal.
Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming phones related to Worksite Benefits and VA Support.
  • Responding to emails and managing workflow queues
  • Renewing accounts and/or processing account adjustments
  • Collecting and processing payments and deliverables
  • Providing support to veterans via phone and email
  • Supporting other Worksite Benefits operations as needed


Qualifications (Please include a cover letter with your application!)
Education, Registration & Certification:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Active Property and Casualty license in Washington State strongly preferred


Experience:

  • 2+ years in customer service related field required


Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Indicate the level of job knowledge (skills, expertise, know-how, and ability) required to perform the work.

  • A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
  • Mathematical and deductive reasoning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Zuora, Confluence, Nice InContact, OneNote and/or Sharepoint preferred but not required
