We’re hiring a Senior Creative Resources Associate to strengthen and scale the creative resourcing function for the Compass National Design Team. This role focuses on creative capacity planning, offshore partnership oversight, and AI-enabled workflow advancement – ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and positioned to scale sustainably.
As a senior individual contributor, you will own offshore governance, intake and assignment infrastructure, and automation performance, driving operational clarity and consistent delivery across a high-volume, multi-stakeholder portfolio.
This role is 100% onsite based out of our Bellevue Office.
At Compass, You WillLead Offshore Creative Resources- Serve as the business owner of an established offshore Creative Resources team, providing functional and operational leadership
- Own performance standards, delivery quality, and resourcing accountability
- Establish clear expectations, reporting frameworks, and ways of working
- Partner with offshore leadership to elevate capability, consistency, and service levels
- Ensure alignment between offshore capacity and national business priorities
- Own governance routines, performance oversight, and escalation management
- Define and evolve the resourcing model across national and regional creative portfolios in partnership with the Senior Creative Program Manager
- Lead capacity planning and prioritization decisions within forecasting frameworks across a complex, high-volume pipeline
- Partner with creative, marketing, and business leaders to align priorities and guide complex intake decisions
- Ensure work is appropriately scoped and resourced to balance speed, quality, and sustainability
- Monitor utilization trends and provide data-driven recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
- Own intake standards, routing guardrails, and assignment criteria within the creative project management platform (Workfront)
- Configure and refine workflows, intake forms, and routing logic to improve flow from request through delivery
- Ensure scalable intake and balanced workload distribution across offshore and distributed resources
- Monitor routing performance, SLA adherence, and capacity signals to proactively mitigate delivery risk
- Implement targeted workflow improvements that strengthen prioritization, clarity, and throughput
- Partner with the Senior Creative Program Manager on system governance, reporting visibility, and long-term platform enhancements
- Drive adoption and accountability across intake and assignment processes
- Own and evolve AI- and automation-driven workflows across the end-to-end creative workflow with clear accountability for performance outcomes
- Define and prioritize enhancements to bot-enabled workflows in partnership with technology teams
- Implement and optimize human + automation workflows that reduce manual intervention while improving consistency and speed
- Lead field enablement efforts to ensure successful adoption of automated intake and routing processes
- Use performance data to continuously refine automation rules, workflow logic, and system accuracy
- Serve as a clear subject matter expert on creative resourcing standards, capacity guardrails, and intake best practices
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and guide complex intake decisions
- Communicate resourcing decisions, constraints, and SLA expectations with transparency and consistency
- Surface forward-looking risks related to scope, capacity, and delivery timelines, and recommend structured solutions
- Guide stakeholders through workflow updates, automation enhancements, and evolving intake standards
- Strengthen accountability and consistency across intake, routing, and delivery workflows
- Identify systemic friction points and implement structured, scalable process improvements
- Leverage performance dashboards and operational data to improve throughput, predictability, and utilization health
- Reinforce clear standards, documentation, and governance practices that support sustainable growth
- Ensure resourcing operations can scale efficiently without linear increases in manual intervention
- Increased forecast reliability and utilization efficiency through stronger resourcing governance and performance oversight
- Improved speed and predictability of creative delivery from intake through completion
- Stronger alignment between business demand and creative capacity through disciplined prioritization and workflow standards
- Reduced manual intervention through AI- and automation-enabled workflows
- Clear offshore performance accountability and balanced workload distribution
- Scalable resourcing systems that support continued organizational growth
- 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcing
- Experience working with offshore or distributed creative teams
- Strong fluency in Workfront (or similar project management platforms), including workflow configuration
- Experience working with automation, bot workflows, or AI-enabled process improvements
- Strong operational judgment in capacity planning, prioritization, and workflow governance
- Ability to independently own complex systems in a high-volume environment
- Data-informed decision-maker comfortable leveraging dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive adoption
- Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments
Compensation: The salary pay range for this position is $92,700 - $103,000 however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
