Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of AI agents that automate business tasks and improve operational efficiency. This role involves prototyping new solutions, refining existing implementations, and establishing scalable patterns for future automation initiatives. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that automate routine or complex business processes
  • Review and improve existing AI agent solutions for performance, accuracy, and usability
  • Develop standardized approaches and reusable frameworks to guide future AI agent development
  • Translate business challenges into technical requirements and scalable automation solutions
  • Build and maintain PowerAutomate workflows to support AI-enabled processes
  • Apply prompt engineering and LLM techniques to enhance AI agent behavior
  • Measure and communicate the impact of solutions, including time and cost savings
  • Provide documentation and knowledge sharing to support long-term sustainability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, solution design, or technical consulting
  • Hands-on experience with PowerAutomate and automation tooling
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and working with large language models
  • Ability to design and implement scalable solutions from concept to deployment
  • Proactive and self-directed, able to work with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communicator, capable of bridging technical and business domains
  • Analytical and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex systems and learning new technologies quickly

  • Practical experience with GenAI, intelligent agents, or workflow automation platforms
  • Background in building MVPs or working in organizations with limited technical capacity
  • Experience driving business transformation through AI and emerging tech

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $144,000 - $165,000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
