Our team specializes in FMCG and retail. Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz and Avene, we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns and digital products. We find new ways to combine creation, data and media.

What you can expect
- Developing and designing special campaigns, unique digital experiences and valuable online
- communication concepts and activities of established brands
- Brainstorming and further developing to create innovative designs and exciting image concepts
- Independent and responsible work in interdisciplinary project teams (account management, conception, UX, client)
- Preparing and performing of presentations internally and on site at the clients
What we'd love to see
- A degree in graphics or design or a comparable education
- At least five years of experience working in digital agencies, with a deep understanding of their dynamic environment
- Strong background in social media, including strategy development and platform management
- Experience in consulting clients in terms of projects, innovation, creative processes and methods
- A particularly good feel for target group-oriented design, for creative campaigns, social media content creation and innovative advertising
- As a concept-driven thinker with a focus on creative and innovative solutions. You excel at translating abstract ideas into actionable strategies for social media platforms
- Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite applications. Motion design skills are a plus.
- Passion for your profession combined with a high design and quality standard and conceptual skills
- Digital mindset, many creative ideas, initiative and solution-oriented thinking and acting and a good feel for digital trends, social media trends and technologies
- Team player mentality and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English is required
