Job Description
Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive regional marketing in North America. This role will lead our regional marketing strategy and in-region teams while also interfacing and coordinating with global marketing support organizations.
We are looking for someone with significant experience leading regional marketing teams, a proven track record in supporting fast growth SaaS go-to markets. The successful candidate is proficient in understanding the customer/prospect journey, and has robust experience in pipeline generating programs, campaigns, digital, and ABM while developing strong relationships and alignment with the business development and sales organizations.

Provide leadership, direction, and mentor our North America Field Marketing team to meet objectives and enable the sales organization to deliver successful business results.

Lead regional marketing execution (directly and indirectly) to drive pipeline growth and improve funnel conversion.

Understand marketing customer segmentation and value proposition; provide feedback on how to meet specific market needs.

Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results.

Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include, but are not limited to, demand generation email campaigns/nurtures, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, and digital marketing.

Collaborate with corporate, product, digital, and event marketing teams to ensure consistency across the Freshworks brand.

Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for SaaS purchasing.

Manage budgets, investment models, track and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with brand, campaigns and customer and product marketing teams to drive expansion within existing customer segments and identify opportunities for new business initiatives.
Qualifications

15+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B).

Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for the business.

Proven ability and experience to direct internal stakeholders - field leaders and executives - on value proposition for field marketing efforts, while gaining insights and consultation on needs of the field.

Deep understanding of Account Based Marketing vs. Demand Generation at scale and when to execute what.

Experienced people manager - is able to balance offering strategic, long-term direction while demonstrating a willingness to roll up their sleeves on day-to-day needs as they arise.

Strong Field and Partner Marketing background with solid experience in Digital Marketing.

Confidence in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, waterfall, and conversion rate analysis.

Experience in going to market through partners is a strong plus.

Solid capabilities in working with diverse teams to implement global marketing priorities in the role.
Additional Information
Washington Pay Range: $213,300-$306,590
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
