Position Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Product Manager- Payroll, Payments, and Platform to lead the development and execution of our Payroll, Payments, and Platform product initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can shape the vision, drive execution, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience managing platform products, working with global payment systems, and integrating APIs. Experience with the global payroll will be a plus, but not a limitation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Payroll, Payments, and Platform, aligning it with the company's goals and business objectives. 
  • Drive product innovation to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and enable scalability. 
  • Be a partner to your Engineering counterparts creating a positive and productive environment between the two orgs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to drive alignment on product strategy and deliverables. 
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development and launch. 
  • Ensure products are built with a user-first mindset, delivering intuitive and reliable solutions. 
  • Oversee API integration strategies to enhance product interoperability and third-party partnerships. 
  • Identify and address challenges in managing payroll and payments across multiple regions. 
  • Develop solutions to simplify compliance, currency conversion, and tax-related complexities for global operations. 
  • Use data and analytics to prioritize features, measure success, and inform product decisions. 
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities. 
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product management team. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role having managed a team of product managers. 
  • Experience building GTM strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on product roadmap.  
  • Global payroll experience is a plus but not required. 
  • Experienced using analytics tools and A/B experimentations to help make user-centric data driven decision.  
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
