Who Boundless Is

We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. We are building customer-centric products and experiences to become the first trusted brand in immigration. We are the largest player in the family immigration industry, and a high-growth challenger serving corporate clients. Across both consumer and business segments, we’ve helped over 100,000 individuals and 1,000 businesses to successfully navigate the convoluted immigration process.

Today, we are a dynamic growth-stage technology company with 350+ employees across the U.S. and Philippines. We are growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are well-capitalized, backed by influential venture investors around the country—including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Pioneer Square Labs, Two Sigma Ventures, Trilogy Equity Partners, and Jerry Yang.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our fast growing B2B segment. This person will own the strategy and execution of our business platform, with a mandate to rapidly scale Boundless’s enterprise and HR offerings. You’ll define the vision, shape the roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to differentiate our offering, driving engagement, and boost sales. At Boundless, Principal PMs are not just product experts but leaders who shape product culture, mentor others, and drive company-wide decisions to drive our next stage of growth.

Leading with empathy, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, especially as we explore the opportunities AI and automation bring to our product experiences. As a key leader at a fast-moving, mission-driven company, you’ll help shape Boundless’s product culture with a strong focus on collaboration, in-office connection, and building user-centric, agentic solutions that truly move the needle.

Managing immigration tasks is overwhelming for HR teams, so we are looking for a PM who excels at simplifying complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You and your design partner will immerse yourself in the immigration needs of HR teams to identify and solve core problems. You will ensure our software integrates seamlessly into HR workflows, enhancing the support provided by our legal teams. You'll collaborate with executive leadership, Customer Success, and Sales to craft a vision that positions our B2B segment for growth, and work closely with Engineering to execute it.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive B2B product strategy, including product-market fit, user experience, and business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for tradeoffs between user needs, technical feasibility, and revenue potential
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scale Boundless’s B2B business
  • Define, track, and achieve success metrics that drive company goals
  • Lead product features through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to release and iteration
  • Collaborate with design to conduct, and synthesize user research, identifying key problems to solve
  • Support engineers through feature development to ship a well-crafted product
  • Enthusiastically contribute to our product culture, setting new standards of excellence

We are looking for:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a deep track record of owning and scaling B2B SaaS products — ideally in HR tech
  • Experience as a business owner for a product line, driving revenue goals
  • Proven ability to influence Sales, Customer Success, and GTM strategy
  • Deep customer empathy with a track record of translating ambiguous customer needs into innovative and scalable product experiences
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in a constantly evolving environment
  • A track record of using curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness to problem solve
  • Ability to leverage user insights, data, and analysis to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A trusted collaborator with design, engineering, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to create simple and intuitive user experiences
