This is a critical role where you will not only shape the core services that power our intelligent products but also help orchestrate their delivery to market. You will drive the success of groundbreaking products, from our conversational AI ("Ask Mo") and AI-driven analytic insights to a future vision of AI Agents designed to revolutionize the event management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Own the product strategy for our AI platform and shape the go-to-market plan for its flagship applications.

• Drive GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy to launch and scale our portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of "Ask Mo", predictive insights, and our new AI Agents.

• Execute the Roadmap: Translate complex technical and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for our engineering and data science teams.

• Prioritize Impact: Manage the product backlog, balancing platform investment with the delivery of high-value, market-facing AI features.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and customer facing teams to ensure our platform enables powerful user experiences and achieves commercial success.

• Measure Success: Define and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure platform adoption and the market impact of our AI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on data platforms, technical infrastructure, or AI/ML products.

• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment with engineering and data science teams.

• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Experience bringing new AI/ML-powered products from concept to a successful market launch.

• Direct experience with MLOps tools, feature stores, or large-scale data processing systems.

• Familiarity with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
