EagleView is hiring a Senior Product Manager to support our Construction business, serving the residential and commercial construction markets. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy and Product Planning

  • Take ownership of a concept in the 2021 roadmap, owning and maintaining a customer-centric mindset with a keen focus on delivering great user experiences across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Build productive relationships with customers with deeper empathy by understanding their needs and priorities, including participating in Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Partner with business, internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity
  • Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues and assess opportunity size and impact.
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
  • Support sales, marketing, and other stakeholder teams with the necessary product knowledge, training and additional documentation.
  • Assist with the overall execution relating to all aspects of the Product Management Lifecycle, from defining the strategy and roadmap through deployment and support.
  • Identify and translate market requirements, technical recommendations and capability outcomes into meaningful customer impacts and functionality .
  • Build business cases to support justification of priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate with resources in the development of customer workflows.
  • Align with key cross-company initiatives and cross-functional goals.
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape and define the product in support of maintaining and building a competitive edge.

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience.
  • At least six years' previous experience as a product manager, or in a closely related role.
  • A strong track record of on-time project delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and software development best practices.
    • SAFe experience is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and standard product requirement planning tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence or similar).
  • Comfortable working with multiple, cross functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically and international.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with engineering team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
