What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership, aligning executive and speciality hiring with long-term business objectives and organizational design.

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Lead end-to-end executive searches across all global functions—from initial research and sourcing to complex offer negotiations and closing. You will partner with our Executive Sourcer and will own your own pipelines.

  • Pipeline Innovation: Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that prioritize a global network of high-caliber talent.

  • Executive Compensation: Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated compensation packages, including equity structures and performance incentives.

  • Intelligence & Analytics: Provide market mapping, competitive intelligence, and real-time pipeline health reports to inform leadership decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey, ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $167,000 - $220,000 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
