  • Champion exceptional user experience, setting the standard for intuitive design, product quality, and customer delight
  • Balance technical complexity with user simplicity, making sophisticated capabilities accessible to diverse user personas

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Drive measurable outcomes by setting ambitious goals, tracking KPIs, and rapidly iterating based on data
  • Develop frameworks for experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a user-first mindset—you can craft a long-term vision and break it down into clear, actionable steps.
  • Excellent prioritization skills—you excel at making tough tradeoffs and can clearly articulate the "why" behind decisions
  • Strong product intuition and UX sensibility—you care deeply about building intuitive, high-quality experiences and understand the impact design has on customer success.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication—you can influence C-suite executives and inspire engineering teams with equal effectiveness
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives outcomes without waiting for direction
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing experiments, interpreting data, and deriving actionable insights

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
