Our Opportunity: 

Chewy is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, with a focus on Instock improvement through Demand and Supply Planning initiatives to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Bellevue, WA. This will include leading programs for improving safety stock/service levels, forecasting accuracy, and operations planning between supply chain and warehouse operations. The individual should have a background in Demand Planning and Forecasting with a solid understanding of Supply Planning and S&OP. The primary focus of a Senior Program Manager in this role is to own and implement the roadmap for inventory planning initiatives across Healthcare categories and International Expansion. This role will have to bring a collaborative mentality to the table as we coordinate projects that involve partners within Supply Chains other related groups such as Merchandising and inbound warehouse operations. Our ability to have the right products in the right place at the right time is critical to the continued growth of Chewy. This position will have a significant impact on our overall business, and the right candidate will need to be ready to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Partner with instock management, analytics, operations, transportation, and merchandising teams to deliver an extraordinary customer experience to pet parents and partners. 
  • Build long-term, sustainable, automated processes that ensure the Supply Chain strategy is efficiently implemented across all cross-functional teams.
  • Identify gaps and create scalable solutions to enable selection growth without risking efficiency in Chewy’s fulfillment network.

What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field 
  • Strong analytical skills including SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel, including the ability to pull and use data to identify and solve ambiguous problems 
  • 5+ years of experience in the operations, general management or engineering fields 
  • Up to 10% travel required 

 Bonus: 

  • MBA or Master of Science in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, or other Operations subject areas; or equivalent Master's level degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or transportation operations 
  • Experience with operations and delivery methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma 
  • Experience with Fulfilment Center or retail assortment planning 
  • Experience with analytical tools such as R or Python 
  • Successful delivery of technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to think big and influence across all levels of an organization 
  • Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results 
  • Outstanding professional writing and communication skills 
  • E-commerce background a plus



Compensation & Benefits: 

Our salary range for a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
