  • Manage and track program progress against established timelines, budget, and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and critical decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders with clarity and conciseness.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the NPI process.
  • Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and contribute to problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management within the hardware industry, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex hardware products from concept to mass production.
  • Solid understanding of hardware development lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of GPU architectures, semiconductor fabrication processes, board design, power delivery, thermal management, and system-level integration.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Sheet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA.
  • Experience with GPU or other high-performance compute architecture NPI.
  • Experience working with international manufacturing partners and supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of PDM/PLM systems and quality management processes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies in a hardware development context.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for hardware products.
