BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is currently seeking a highly skilled UX UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling and user-centric designs for our software applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand user needs and business goals. Using your expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the overall user experience.

As a UX UI Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to execution and implementation. You will conduct user interviews and usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of the design.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. They have a strong portfolio showcasing their UX UI design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX UI Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
