Description

As an engineering manager in the Intelligence Platform team, you will be a strong technical leader across software engineering and machine learning, support the growth and well-being of your direct reports, create a strong team culture and shape the vision and roadmap of the team. The team is a great mix of strong systems software engineers and machine learning engineers, pushing the envelope of our on-device data and knowledge landscape. You will own, execute and deliver significant features and initiatives to enable new experiences. You will guide the architecture and technical direction for our systems, track project status and deliverables, communicate status and progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners and balance high quality product delivery under tight schedules while fostering long term innovation. You will communicate and drive decisions on various aspects such as user experience, technical design, privacy and security. You are a trustworthy and capable manager that can recruit great engineers to work on your team, develop them appropriately, and guide them to work together and deliver amazing products for our customers.
