- Developing and managing effective communications measures and analytics to assess and improve performance
- Managing planning, developing and implementing numerous HR-related communications
- Maintaining content, design, access rights and archival processes for SharePoint sites
- Developing, implementing and driving HR communications strategy
- Developing, editing, proofreading and reviewing various communication materials for style, understanding and consistency
- Leading the development of bi-weekly HR Hot Topics newsletter and overseeing HR Specialist on layout and distribution
- Partnering with HR project teams to assist with the development and implementation of communications strategies

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 7+ years in HR or internal communications related position
Skills
- Ability to manage vendor partners (specifically, graphic design and printing) to meet project deadlines and stay within project budgets
- Demonstrated writing skills with focus on attention to detail
- Social media management experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Can analyze and interpret data
- Able to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Organizational skills related to prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
- Can maintain confidentiality
