Senior Product Manager- AI Summarization Platform


Why We Have This Role
  • To own one of the most successful AI based analysis tools within Qualtrics, which powers thousands of insights every month
  • To expand insights analysis into a first-class experience for analyzing text based data outside of a Qualtrics dashboard
  • Increase trust and transparency in AI generated insights
  • Own the AI summarization pipeline, working internally to find opportunities where new functionality can be built on top of our platform
  • Integrating the insights discovered into other areas of the XM platform, expanding the usefulness of the insight and driving the ROI of the Qualtrics platform

How You’ll Find Success

  • Build a deep understanding of user personas and workflows, translating insights into clearly defined product specifications that align with the overall product strategy
  • Building empathy for core personas/users and translating this into product specification documents
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and iterate on designs
  • Utilizing data and user insights to guide development priorities and measure the impact of new features
  • Develop and communicate the product feature roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

How You’ll Grow

  • Directly contribute to Qualtrics’ objectives by expanding the ways brands drive insight and action on XM data
  • Gaining expertise in the latest low code/no code technologies and AI application in workflow automation
  • Enhancing leadership skills through the ownership of high-impact projects and cross-team collaboration
  • Expanding knowledge of various business tools and platforms through the integration of new extensions

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of the survey taking experience, including AI-driven advancements to push the envelope of the future of surveys
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions
  • Prioritize customer signals and industry trends to improve product offerings
  • Independently lead your product area and make effective decisions and tradeoffs
  • Write clear and quality product investment documents; turn these into a prioritized roadmaps
  • Connect with customers and understand end-to-end scenarios that matter

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software
  • Owner’s mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
