The Sr. Technical Product Manager will help to develop plans that grow our 275+ top-level domains (TLDs) across existing markets while working to support the identification of new opportunities. Will use their deep background in all aspects of a business (product, analytics, finance, marketing) to take projects from the idea phase to implementation. In this role, you will rapidly assess the viability of new strategies and quantify their impact for executive stakeholders.
This role reports to the VP of Product Strategy.

Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000 - $167,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CRO and VP of Product to ensure plans and initiatives stay aligned with Identity Digital's vision
- Contribute to a TLD differentiation strategy and create the short and long term plans to bring these to market
- Build and enhance B2B product offerings in the enterprise space, inclusive of DPML, Global Block, Abuse Shield and others
- Build and optimize a product merchandising strategy for the long term optimization of TLD presentation & Pricing
- Utilize financial and statistical best practices in the evaluation of new projects and plans
- Lead competitive research analysis that helps refine and guide our approach to bringing top-level domain strategies and products to market
- Coordinate with appropriate teams to develop and design reporting and analytic solutions for organizational excellence
- Contribute to the development of Identity Digital as a thought leader in the domain industry by writing content and participating in industry events
- Identify high risk / high reward test for registry products to find new growth opportunities
- Support the continued development of automated tools and processes to assist Sales and Channel
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs that account for both technical requirements and user experience considerations
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration with internal teams and remove roadblocks
- Identify, hire, and onboard talent as needed
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to team members to enhance productivity and development
- Identify training needs, coordinate professional development initiatives, and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge to deliver on tooling such as machine learning models & product merchandising services
- Actively models and promotes Identity Digital's core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making

Who You Are / What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in a Financial or Product Management role, or combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent discipline is desired
- Indicate requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity
- Proven track record in market positioning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies within ambiguous or undefined environments
- Proficiency in technical documentation, specifically writing business requirements, use cases, user stories, and designing application wireframes
- Technical expertise in SQL or Python to manipulate big data, with an additional preference for exposure to machine learning models
- Strong background in operational execution, including change management, analytical problem-solving, and continuous process improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex program updates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of web technologies and a history of successfully delivering long-term, technical initiatives
- Demonstrated success working autonomously in remote settings while maintaining seamless collaboration with a wider team
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
