Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:
Dragos is seeking an experienced, motivated, and creative staff-level Product Manager to join the Product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You will work closely with the product team, leadership, internal stakeholders, and customers to drive an effective product roadmap using product discovery, customer requests, internal requirements, use case validation, prioritization, definition, and execution for assigned products

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Analytic Engines (AE) within the Dragos Platform, focused on OT/ICS environments.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into a clear quarter-over-quarter AE roadmap.
  • Drive the development and management of core features and capabilities that enable analytic engines to deliver best-in-class threat detection, operational insights, and network analysis across OT/ICS environments.
  • Develop engines and workflows that are utilized by detection engineers, both internal and external to Dragos.
  • Partner with data collection teams to ensure Analytic Engines have the required telemetry, metadata, and asset context to produce high-fidelity detections.
  • Define requirements for data normalization, enrichment, and semantic consistency that directly impact detection accuracy and triage efficiency.
  • Engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to discover and validate use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of OT threats, adversaries, and purpose-built detection engine capabilities.
  • Represent Dragos’s perspective on threat detection capabilities to customers, analysts, and industry groups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, clearly communicating solutions, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Make decisions regarding prioritization, trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate product requirements with a clear business rationale to Engineering teams.
  • Independently measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs, which will drive process improvements and future product enhancements.
  • Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts.
  • Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and provide compelling narratives for successful launch activities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security products experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, endpoint security, or adjacent security domains.
  • Strong understanding of modern detection engineering practices such as threat modeling, hypothesis-driven analytic development, data quality assessment, correlation logic, enrichment pipelines, and continuous tuning to reduce false positives, shorten analyst triage time, and improve overall alert efficacy and address alert fatigue.
  • Understanding of how detection rules are constructed and what makes them generate high-confidence vs. low-confidence alerts
  • Understands the importance of surfacing detection metadata and context to reduce analyst investigation time
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows to effectively partner with Engineering.
  • Proven experience in creating product requirements that enable users to derive value and build customers' confidence and trust.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing outcome-driven roadmaps, and backlog prioritization (desired).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams, including engineers and designers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Elasticsearch and Airflow (a plus).
  • Experience with analytics, AI/ML-based scoring, or risk models that enhance detection prioritization and correlation (a plus).
  • Direct experience with OT environments - either on the customer side or experience having built or supported an OT security-related product (a plus).

Compensation:

  • Salary: $200,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
