As the Talent Acquisition Program Manager you will focus on: 

Recruitment Operations & Program Management: 

  • Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. 

  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity.

  • Streamline job posting, interview scheduling, and feedback collection processes to enhance efficiency. 

  • Work with third-party vendors and service providers to optimize TA solutions and ensure SLAs are met. 

  • Develop training materials and change management plans to support TA teams in adopting new tools and processes. 

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Support: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview structures, and assessment criteria. 

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Tinuiti’s presence in the talent market

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of new TA technologies (e.g., AI tools) to enhance efficiency. 

Professional Qualifications 

  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Program Management, or a similar role. 

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and metrics.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Workday, and HR technologies. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and process improvement.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 

The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently ($90,000 - $105,000) plus performance bonus of up to (8%).  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
