Maintain and expand upon our paid marketing data ecosystem by maintaining our ETL process, consuming data from our Ad Partner APIs and merging marketing data with doxo internal data. Design and maintain python scripts to drive our paid search automation platform, including campaign re-structures and rule-based bidding. Track, report on and make recommendations to optimize our paid marketing business. Create actionable email reporting and alerting to help inform our daily manual optimizations. Able to experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find clever solutions to unique challenges encountered along the way.

Own organizational capacity to acquire and maintain data elements associated with doxo billers, which currently includes off-shore freelancer contribution, engagement with crowd sourcing platforms (e.g. Mechanic Turk) and scripting to automate queries of 3rd party and web resources.   Develop and drive roadmap for improving efficiency, speed, quality and cost profile in data acquisition activities. Develop and manage to financial operating budget for data acquisition and management. Develop and manage data governance model for biller data elements. Collaborate with biller category owners and consumer acquisition stakeholders to ensure biller directory is delivering optimal performance. Perform data analysis to provide proactive insights, identity inefficiencies and inconsistencies. Develop mechanisms for extending data acquisition based upon ROI driven analysis. Collaborate with product management and engineering to scope tooling and operational needs that improve efficiency and effectiveness of doxo’s data acquisition efforts.

Drive data initiatives to grow and improve the doxo Directory. Work with Directory team leadership to execute data acquisition, cleansing and curating projects as directed. Perform ad hoc data analysis in support of task execution and track benefit associated with project completion as required. Coordinate contract staff when required in support of project execution. Identity data quality issues and take steps to remedy Recommend and assist in implementing improvements to existing processes and tools.
