Leverage opportunities to engage all global Seagull employees in our employer brand efforts, converting them into true brand champions.
Manage global strategy, execution and publishing for our employment brand across Seagull social channels, championing our lifestyle, culture and employees across all areas of the organization.
Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting to create compelling employer marketing content that attracts active and passive target candidates.
Plan and launch an active company intranet for internal company news, information and team building. Recommend appropriate technology platforms, content cadence, style and scheduling, and manage the intranet to ensure it stays lively and engaging.
Assess communication needs between internal teams, and create systems, policies and procedures that transform “tribal knowledge” into socialized, shared and documented intellectual property.
Ensure consistent messaging that aligns with corporate objectives across all channels.
Develop a framework for tracking, measuring and analyzing communication effectiveness.
Stay attuned to trends and best practices to help inform new internal communications strategies.
Attain a strong understanding of our company and its culture, as well as of the broader AIDC industry.
