Build training and development tools for leaders and drive leadership efficiency for the company.
Provide HR advisement & coaching across departments, ability to influence and support leadership.
Engage and educate employees and managers around HR policies and programs, across multiple locations.
Project management and/or HR operational management in one or more of the following areas Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, HR Operations, HR Technology (HRIS), Performance Management.
Ability to find opportunities for People Process, Programs or Experience for our people and design, lead & deliver solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams.
Driving and delivering People data and analytics, based on organization needs and driving insights that drive business decisions, using existing dashboards, HRIS data, and leveraging our people team.
Support other processes, projects and team members as required.
