Ensuring conference rooms have all standard equipment in working order. Working with manufacturers to service and repair equipment under warranty as needed. Ensuring chairs and whiteboards are present and in good condition in conference rooms. Help with special projects as needed, eg. Tech setup and chairs for all-hands company meeting.
