We are seeking a passionate and motivated Systems Administrator to join a global team of System Admins, Infrastructure and Security Engineers. The ideal candidate would be innovative, be enthusiastic working with internal customers while actively seeking solutions on behalf of the customer, communicate trends to leadership acting on observed areas for improvement, and have lots of fun in the process. You must have knowledge of operating systems, networking, and VOIP fundamentals. You understand TCP/IP and other common network protocols. You are proficient with at least one high-level scripting language (Python or PowerShell preferred). You should have a bias toward automation and track record of developing creative solutions. You have experience operating distributed systems and diagnosing and resolving complex problems. You show attention to detail and are adept at looking past symptoms and addressing the root causes.
